So July was a long and busy month for me. The 1st through the 6th I went camping for the 4th. On the 6th we had to come early and host my cousin’s baby shower. Then I went camping again the 11th through the 18th for a week in the middle of nowhere. It’s kind of like a family reunion, even though only a few of us are related haha. There’s about 30+ of us that go, for the whole week, we stock up and drive 5 hours to get there. We are right on the river and there’s so much to do with very little. Anyways, it’s always an awesome week, we go every year. Then the day after I got back, I went camping again for another 3 days for my mom’s boyfriend’s birthday. By that Sunday morning I just wanted to go home and sleep in my bed. I had enough of camping. Then, the 27th through the 29th I went on a little road trip to Seattle. I went with my friend Sara, my mom, and her boyfriend. My parents had to come with us because apparently you can’t check into a hotel in some places unless you’re 21. Which, I am the oldest and I’ll be 19 soon but obviously I wasn’t old enough. We got a hotel room for me, Sara, and 2 of my cousins. We went to Seattle because us 4 had tickets for the One Direction concert. Yeah, we’re a little old for that but they are our age for one thing. Also, we bought the tickets over a year ago. That’s my truthful excuse and I’m sticking to it :) hahaha. Anyways, they were amazing. And so was their opener, 5 Seconds of Summer. What do you have when you put a British-Irish band and an Australian band together? A LOT OF SCREAMING GIRLS. Oh my goodness it was definitely the loudest concert I have ever been to. So Saturday night / Sunday morning, Sara and Satera were sleeping and Michelle and I were lounging around in our pajamas, watching tweets around 1am to see if anything would be posted after 1D’s show in Vancouver that night, and we saw a picture of Liam and a girl at Mcdonald’s near Seattle so we watched and waited and saw another, so we decided to wake the other two girls and show them, so we all decided to get our clothes back on and drive around to look for that Mcd’s. but when we drove around the arena that we would see them in later that night, we saw the GIRL FROM THE PICTURE with Liam! so we got out and saw a few guys running, and so we all ran after them, and it was Liam, Louis and a few other guys squirting everyone with water guns, and this girl fell down the stairs and they laughed at her haha. So we chased them uphill on a sidewalk along the arena at 4am and were SO CLOSE to catching them, then we came around a corner and they disappeared. so we just waited by the tour bus gate til almost 7am and the gate guard gave us food haha but yeah, crazy story.
