blogmas day 6 & 7

So DAY 6-

My mom, Tim, and I went out to our friends’ house for a little white elephant Christmas party and for dinner, and then I had to go to my mom’s salon to secretly wrap huge presents from Tim for my mom, and for Tim from my mom. I felt like a sneaky little elf :)

DAY 7- Because I’m leaving tomorrow morning on my way to Portland, Oregon, my mom and Tim finally agreed to doing “Christmas morning” this morning, before I left. If not, I would’ve had to wait till at least the 28th or later to have any sort of present openings or Christmas fun with my mom and Tim, who I normally spend every Christmas morning with.

A few of the things I’ve gotten so far:

+bluetooth wireless headphones

+iPhone 5S, gold.

+ black Lifeproof case for the iPhone 5S

+ the new One Direction CD, “Midnight Memories” It’s pretty good ;) of course I knew all of the songs before I got the CD this morning, but anyways.

+ a LOT of candy

+ a gift card to get my stereo installed in my car

+Buckle gift card & a Dutch Bros gift card. My mother knows me a little too well…

You cannot imagine the amount of times I’ve said “thank you” in the past few days :P

I’ll see you tomorrow, but I’ll be in Oregon! ;)

PS. It’s 1:00 am and I’m supposed to be up in about 5 hours to get in the car and go to Portland.. so… yeah this might not be very good as far as my energy levels will be tomorrow. My dad might have to talk to himself or something for a while if I fall asleep on him. The last time just him and I drove to Portland, I rode the entire way there and the entire way back. Except the one tire that literally exploded on the freeway 20 miles before getting into the Portland area. In that situation, we were in my dad’s work van because we were going there to paint my grandparents’ house, and I just grabbed the folding camo camping chair and sat in it and waved to everyone who passed while my dad and a nice man who stopped to help us were changing the tire. Yes, on the side of the freeway in the Columbia Gorge on the way into Troutdale.. I got strange looks. ;)

P.S. #2:  I kind of like doing these posts every other day, so I’m going to do that instead of posting one every day. :P
