Day 11 – Day 26 

Today I took my cousin Kristi to the Washington Square Mall, because we both got a lot of money or gift cards. That was a lot of fun! It was nice being able to take our time without the other one getting impatient, like most of the people that I normally go shopping with haha. This day I was also feeling sick though, I was starting another flu, my 4th for the year.

Day 12 – Day 27

Today is my 19th birthday!!!!!

I sat at home all day feeling like crap, besides when my grandparents took me out to dinner to The Thirsty Lion. Dinner was really good, I had grilled salmon :) They gave me a card with my free birthday dessert too ;)

Day 13 – Dec 28

Travel Day! This day was just my dad and I driving home from Oregon. we stopped at Cousin’s Restaurant in The Dalles for brunch, which was yummy as always. It was foggy almost the entire way home. Blah! When we got home, my dad and I just opened a few presents that we hadn’t gotten to open before we left. I also tripped up the one stair from the garage into the house, and now I have a lovely bruise on my shin.

Day 14 – Dec 29

Woo lazy days! I was so tired, and finally got a good night of sleep in my own bed after sleeping on a hide-a-bed for 4 nights.

Day 15 – Dec 30

I was actually awake and out of the house by noon today… WHAT. I went to the gas station and got cash for my winning scratch tickets, and then went to the bank and put a little money in my checking account. Then I headed to TJ Maxx because my uncle and his girlfriend gave me a TJ Maxx gift card for Christmas. I got a new Columbia jacket and some socks. Then I went to Kmart to exchange a t-shirt that I bought for my cousin, because it was too small. So now I have a bigger one for him! Then I went to Dutch Bros and got a blue raspberry and lime blended rebel which looked as cool as it tasted ;) which was good, btw. :) Then I headed over to Target to see if they still had the purse I saw a few weeks ago, but I fell in love with a different, more expensive purse. oops. i also got a new wallet too! Then I went to Walmart because I got a gift card for there too. I got an iTunes gift card, another Baby Lips, my first EOS lip balm, and a cool spiderman tumbler. While at Walmart, I ran into one of my really good friends that moved away 2 years ago and I haven’t seen since, turns out she is moving back! Crazy! I literally thought I was dreaming when I saw her, back in this state. I was like WHAAAAT. haha.

Then later, since I was in Oregon for my birthday and my mom takes me to dinner every single year, with a few friends and family. We went to Fire Artisan Pizza, where I had never been. They literally have the smallest menu ever (excluding the super long wine list). But their pizza is amazing. They only have like 10 different kinds of pizzas, a few different appetizers, and only serve water, wine, or beer. Very simple, but their pizza was SO good. Then we had cookies and cream ice cream cake :)

Day 16 – Dec 31

So today is going to be a lazy DAY to prepare for a crazy NIGHT. ;) HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVERYONE! You may or may not see my final blogmas post tomorrow, maybe. let’s see how tonight goes. By the way, yes I am only 19. In my state it is legal to drink with your parents in your house. And that’s exactly what I do. I also do not let myself get drunk either, I don’t need to get drunk so I just drink to relax or socially and I eat a lot when I’m drinking, I control it really well. I refuse to go anywhere with anyone who is drinking and I will not ever drink after having any alcohol at all. I’ve known too many who have gotten DUIs or have been in horrible wrecks and also have lost their lives due to mixing drinking and driving. I will definitely not risk that. I hope you all drink responsibly but have as much fun as possible! See you next year ;)
