Mariah was one of my coworkers at Panera for a few years. She and i worked a lot of open shifts together, where we had to tag team a lotttt of catering orders. That also means i could not tell you how many Red Bulls we had to survive. But even through the madness, she still did her best in high school and needed her senior pictures done. And then her mom also asked to do their family pictures which was also awesome, of course. It’s always an honor to send Seniors into their last year of being a “kid” but she wasn’t even a kid anymore. She was working longer hours than me some days even though i was a manager. She now has a beautiful baby boy and I’m proud to have known her this long.
