Bailey & Erin- Project, Ring light.

Me, Bailey, and Erin took pictures with the ringlight in the studio, and this is what I got! I really like using the ringlight, it brings out a lot of color in the pictures, I like this set of pictures, I think they turned out pretty well.

Balllllla. ?!

Rock a by froggy, in Erin’s arms…

…Did he turn into a prince?

Ribbbbbet.

The last picture reminds me of Avedon because he was trying to think of what to do for the next picture.

  1. The images where you don’t have the ring light showing work better as portraits. the outer edge of the ring light is a bit distracting.
Good lighting and good editing. Don’t forget to include links.

  2. I really like these pictures and how the ring light brings more focus to the subject. It looks like you used a gel? I like them! My favorite is the 2nd from the top, I like it because the subject is serious and it brings a more mature aspect to this project. I love the purple in the background and how she stands out from it. I also think the props add a lot to the picture instead of just having a subject, I think the basketball is especially eye-capturing. The only thing I could think of that I don’t like is that a few of the ring light edges are distracting, but at the same time I can see how they enhance the picture even more.

I really like how you used the ring light. It brought more out in your main subject. It brightened everything up and your main point. I think on maybe one or two of them you got to close to the ring light and it made your face really bright and kind of distracting. But these are really nice. The edges of the ring light make it a little distracting also. But like I said these are pretty good.
